Providing the best care, from personal experience
Having experienced first hand the uncertainty, upset and worry that can accompany the care of an elderly relative when it is not provided in a professional and kind way, Dream Team Care at Home was established to do things differently.

We are driven by a desire to care for people as if they were family, helping them to maintain dignity and independence, supporting their mental and physical well-being, and enabling them to stay safely living happily at home for as long as possible.
your 'Dream Team' is led by:
Karen Rose
A natural born 'fixer', Karen has a can-do attitude that flows through her daily routine, helping to truly look after, and look out for, the people in her care.

Karen has been an active part of the Shipston community for many years, and has built connections with medical professionals backed by a support structure of local 'Dream Team' carers.
Jo Fitzpatrick
Having worked in childcare for many years, Jo's grandfather developed dementia and she felt a shift to provide the best possible care for people like him, knowing they were family to someone else in need of a trusted care service.

Jo lives in Wellesbourne and has established trusted relationships with key care professionals in the community.
